1. Digital Products – No Physical Shipping
All products sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
2. No Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds once:
- The product has been downloaded
- The download link has been accessed
- The file has been delivered via email or drive link
This policy is in place because digital products cannot be “returned.”
4. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be considered if:
- You were charged twice for the same product
- You did not receive the download link due to a technical error
- The file is corrupted and cannot be accessed (and we cannot fix it)
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
